Abinash certainly knows his prawns. His passion and love for prawns permeates through all the Isso restaurants giving every diner that exclusive, extraordinary taste that one can savour for days. Prawns are usually considered a delicacy because they are expensive and hence, it is most often restricted to a special meal or “once in the weekend treat”’ for the family, he explains. Therefore, his mission is to change that outlook, allowing every prawn lover the possibility of enjoying prawns cooked with high quality ingredients, every day, any time, at affordable prices. In keeping with that line of thought, the brand “Isso – Prawn Crazy” was born.
